We started Under The Moon with a simple observation: convenience usually tastes... artificial. We wanted the complexity of a freshly shaken Mojito, Lemon Drop, and Mai Tai without the sticky counters, expensive ingredients, or the long wait at the bar.  For friends to enjoy with friends!

From Houston to the West Coast What began as a mission in Texas to create the perfect ready-to-drink cocktail has grown into a movement. Our meticulous formulation process focused on one thing: Authenticity.

 

We use natural ingredients to create a drink that respects the history of the cocktail. That commitment to quality is why we have expanded beyond our Texas roots and are now stocked on shelves across New Mexico and California.
